We find the caretaker for the dates you are requesting and we determine a reasonable price for the services you are requesting

The caretaker will provide a quote for services and dates being requested

The caretaker will visit your property for a meet and greet prior to the first scheduled visit

Payment insures your reservation for the caretaker

A 100% refund will be provided up to 48 hours of the scheduled service date
A 50% refund within the 48 hour mark
